At Unchained Hair Studio, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return and refund:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date you received them.
  • Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or magazines
  • Downloadable software products
  • Health and personal care items, once opened

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at hello@unchained.hair with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  2. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund.

5. Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  • The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@unchained.hair.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at hello@unchained.hair and follow the return process.

8. Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail it to:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Any costs derived from the return, including customs fees, are also the responsibility of the customer.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item for return, we advise you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
